These carvings are beautifully carved from one piece of reclaimed teak in Northern Thailand where the elephant is reveered for its strength and as a symbol of luck. Each carving will be different due to the pieces of teak available, but will always follow the same design pattern.
The actual carving of the elephants and tree measures approximately 18" x 33", although the piece of teak used will vary in size.
